STONE’S PROPERTIES

Chrysolithos in its current form, is a mineral that has been created artificially.Its chemical composition is silica, with the pouring of metal copper shadings.The name chrysolith probably came because it was believed that this rock contained in its mass gold. About 100 years ago, glassmakers from the island of Murano, manufactured a quality of glass, which contains in its mass copper shavings, has a brown hue, and displays the iridescence of aventurin. This glass is called a chrysolite, and it remains popular even today. Chrysolithos has two shades, brownish-orange and deep dark blue-purple. It is the only one of the technical stones that, due to its composition, are given energy properties.
